  • Tricep Finisher Method.

    Good morning everyone.

    Tack this onto your Tricep workout OR if pushed for time, this can be your entire tricep workout....

    INCLINE BENCH - SLIDE UP THE BENCH SO SHOULDER BLADES ARE AT TOP OF BENCH.

    Select a 20 rep DB weight. Tricep extensions. Elbows pointing to the ceiling...

    Rep untill almost positive faliure then hold at full stretch position and pull your elbows into your head and dbs almist on your shoulders for 4 seconds.

    6 more reps then repeat above.

    4 more reps then repeat above.

    4 more reps then repeat for the last time.

    If you havea training partner get him/her to pin your elbows in hard.
    you'll feel a deep stretch and experience fullness and a deep growth ache like never befoe if executed correctly.
