  • Hey all!

    Just wanted to introduce myself. Been training on and off for over 20 years, but I never quite managed to make the sort of gains I hoped for. Started on Sus a few months back as a self-medicated TRT, noticed a huge difference in my training almost immediately, and have since upped my doses. Just ordered some deca for my next blast, so I’m really looking forward to that.

      Only went up to 500mg a week for 12 weeks. Now back to 250 for a cruise period. May go higher with my next blast, since I’ll be using the deca too (got some joint injuries so I’m hoping the deca will let me lift heavier without so much discomfort)!

        If the Deca is just for joint issues, you'll only need to run 200mg per week to get good joint cushioning effects, which will go nicely with 500mg of test. Deca does take a while to kick in though as it has a long ester, but it's a great drug. Just remember when you come off it, you'll lose the cushioning effects it provides.
